By submitting this form and joining the nxuniq Creator Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not submit the application.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern your participation as a creator within the nxuniq Creator Network, and any collaboration opportunities with nxuniq (“Agency”) or its clients. By applying, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide in this form and in related communications is accurate and truthful.

3. Role and Relationship

You acknowledge that:

• You are an independent creator and not an employee, partner, or agent of nxuniq.
• Participation in the Creator Network, does not guarantee work, engagement, or compensation.

4. Client Engagement and Non-Circumvention

Creators must not, under any circumstances:

• Directly contact, solicit, contract with, or perform work for any nxuniq client introduced through the Creator Circle without nxuniq’s permission.
• Bypass nxuniq to offer services to clients independently.

Any such engagement outside of nxuniq’s facilitation may result in immediate removal from the Creator Network, and legal action for breach of terms.

5. Content Usage and Rights

Creators agree that:

• Content created for a campaign may be used by nxuniq and its clients for organic and paid promotional purposes.
• Usage rights (duration, platforms, exclusivity) shall be specified in individual briefs or agreements.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creators grant nxuniq and the client the right to reuse, repurpose, or adapt content for marketing and advertising.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by nxuniq or its clients, including:

• Campaign briefs
• Client details
• Strategy
• Creative concepts
• Pricing and commercial terms

Confidential information may not be shared, disclosed, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling agreed deliverables.

7. Compensation and Payments

• Creator compensation will be defined per project or agreement and paid as per the agreed schedule.
• nxuniq is not responsible for payments unless a separate agreement confirming scope, deliverables, and payment terms is executed.

8. Professional Conduct

Creators must:

• Communicate with professionalism and respect.
• Deliver content on or before agreed deadlines.
• Comply with guidelines provided by nxuniq and clients.

Failure to uphold standards may result in removal from the Creator Network,

9. Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable laws, platform policies (e.g., Instagram, YouTube), and advertising disclosure requirements (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

10. Termination

nxuniq may suspend or terminate your participation in the Creator Circle at its discretion, including for:

• Breach of terms
• Misrepresentation
• Unprofessional conduct

After termination, you must not use confidential information or engage with clients previously introduced by nxuniq.

11. Amendments

nxuniq reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to nxuniq’s jurisdiction.
